Our promise

Most orders are delivered within 5–30 minutes. Orders placed after 11 PM IST are delivered by 11 AM the next morning.

warranty

Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full duration. If access stops working, we replace it — no questions, no extra charge.

refund

Full refund if we cannot deliver, or if the plan cannot be replaced within 24 hours of a reported issue. Refunds land back in the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
