Yes — Gemini Advanced is delivered as part of the Google One AI Premium plan, so the 2TB storage upgrade lands on your account at the same time.

Does my existing Google account keep its data?

Yes. This upgrades your own free Google account in place — nothing to migrate, nothing to re-download.

What happens to the plan after it expires?

Your account quietly reverts to the free Gemini and 15GB storage tiers. Nothing is deleted; anything over 15GB just goes read-only until you free up space or renew.
